89 ls1 iroc-z
Year: 1989
Make: Chevrolet
Model: Camaro
Price: $12000
Mileage: 100000
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): MD
Color: Black
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
LS Engine?: Car has LS engine
It has been fully worked over with A LLLLLOOTTT of money dumped into it. I cant afford to track this car in addition to my doing stuff to my C5
Here's the mod list(copied from previous owner, gonna try to clean up the spelling and grammar lol):
Cromoly Tubular parts:
K-member
A-arms,
Torque arm
Rear lcas (idk if this is his typo)
Panhard bar
-Torque-arm is bolted to crossmember not trans, everything is chromolly, all adjustable, except for a arms
-
-3 inch exhaust
-SLP Catback
-cross bar
- 17 & 18 Black C6Z's (Brand new tires in the back)
-C5 brake kit
-QA1 coil-overs front and rear
-Subframe connectors
-4 point roll bar
-Custom Autometer dash from classic industries
-RKT-56 fully built T-56 trans
- A/C Delete & Hvac
It ran 13.0 with a stock engine and trans 60 ft was 2.02, I believe mph 113
Only thing done performance wise was a full exhaust slp loudmouth cat back
The plus is virtually every nut and bolt under the car has been replaced
The car also weighed in at 3270 lbs.
The best to my knowledge the car had around 100k on the clock since the dash install. The car needs some tlc in some places as do some older cars. But theyre easy fixes.
Sorry I dont have more, I will get some more up
Id like to get 12K for this and get this to a new owner

Its a real beauty, VERY light for what it is.This car doesnt really have weight reduction so Im confident a racer could get this under 3k#'s.
This thing is lighter than my Convertible C5! and that aint a joke either

It holds it own man def. It was stored in the garage an I think no diff fluid was put in when the 4.10's were sold and I didnt know. So the Rear isnt good and makes some noise. The trans is a different story. This transmission was built by the great RKT-56 (Rick Kim) and this trans is built to handle whatever you throw at it up to at least 850rwhp :yesnod: The build alone for this trans is $1300 MINIMUM, Not including all the new gears and syncros in it Shifts sooooooooo smooth, does not, will not, grind whatsoever.
I also Have some Relining racing seats thats Im selling (universal leathers) if someone is interested in the car, they can throw those in.

But do you have pics of the inside? And what is it putting down power wise? Also what rear end does it have? I couldn't afford it, just curious.

Sorry bud need the cash for the Vette
Stock third gen rear was put back in by the previous owner, when that was done, Im assuming no diff fluid was put it because literally as soon as I pulled it out of the garage it made a noise when no power was applied.
No pics of the inside, but your right that would help huh haha Ill get on that soon. But interior is stock except the Carbon Fiber Instrument cluster full of Autometer gauges, high dollar item I was told.
Power wise just a Stock corvette engine with long tubes and a cat-back, never hit a dyno. I do have a GM ASA cam, and some mild & lightly hand ported 241's that could go on this too. I may have a FAST 90 setup as well depending on some things on my part.
Thanks for the questions

What exactly are you interested in? The Car as a whole or it with no motor?
#16
I'd put my motor into it so I'm more interested in it as a roller maybe with the T-56. $12k is a good bit out of my price range right now. It's hard to find a nice 3rd gen these days and it's got a lot of suspension and chassis work done that I won't need to do. I'm partial to the black cars too.

You need to post interior and engine pics man..
The paint looks great, I just think the wheels and stance kill it though.
Really wanting a badass 3rd genLS but hard to find the one exactly I want lol
