Relocation of computer and fuse boxes (updated)
UPDATED 17 NOVEMBER 2012 PICS ON PAGE 3!
Well I started my relocation of the fuse boxes. I have already done the passenger side..ac delete, computer relocation, wire relocation to under the finder. Now I'm working on going to a manual brake system, relocating the fuse boxes behind the glove box. If I would have known that I was going to be doing both sides I would have done this a lot different, but since I have already done the passenger side I'm just going to extend the wire on the driver side. I know I'm not saving any weight by doing this, but I can only go so far without messing up some of the wiring. I think people somtimes go a little crazy with the whole weight deal anyway. The real point of this was just to clean up the right side and to make the bay look empty. I hate looking at all the clutter. I can't attach pics with my IPad but here is a link to some of the pics. Thanks for checking it out.

Still working on that. It will be located right behind the glove box. I will keep this updated and acually post more pics of the finnished product. Waiting on some wire from summit racing so I can finish the full relocation. Should be mounted by this weekend for sure.

When my car goes under the knife, I will be doing all of this wiring crap. I want to hide as much as possible. I like the mentality "it doesn't look like it has enough 'stuff' to make it run". Jesse James adopted that on his chopper builds.
I also want to weld and bondo all of the strut tower seams and stuff.
Keep up the good work! I'll check the facebook albums for updates. You should also post all of the pics in the thread for people who don't have facebook.

Thanks guys, I will do my best to do a some type of write up. I have more pics but won't have Internet until Wednesday. My iPad is all I have for now. I used all the wire I just got and came up about 50 feet short lol. So I'm waiting on some more to get in by the end of the week. Plus I had to order some 14 gauge wire for the fans. it's looking nice just wish I had better tools so I could make the bracket for the boxes look better. I just cut up the old mount and used the original clips to hold the fuse boxes so they sit side by side. I will have more pics and updates on Wednesday, make sure you check back in!

I used 18 gauge for most of the wires. Most of them are around 20-22 gauge so I think 18 is fine for the little stuff. The fans I'm going with 14. I didn't replace the whole wire. I just extended them all.
