can my stock lt1 camaro take this and will hold up and do i have to do any mods to it?

yes...
buddy has a stock LT1 with a Hotcam, spraying a 150 shot for several seasons, and he's been spraying a 200 shot for a while now...
He ran a 10.6 in the 1/4 at the LTx festival at bowling green this year

he was #1 qualifier this year, and only lost in the final round because he had some tire chatter and lost traction...
theres a green and tan convertible 3rd gen in the GM High tech issue with the LSx and LTx shootout stuff in it

The link you posted is for a carb plate? Is your "stock" lt1 carburated?

That kit is for a carbed motor. Your LT1 will easily take a nitrous hit, but contact Nitro Daves and they can get you set up with something that will work much better!
