I don't get it....as soon as you get spool, it feels like the gas sticks? How can that be when your foot is on the gas? IDK, either I'm hearing it wrong, or it's just a very strange problem....doesn't sound like anything I've ever heard of.

if i get off the gas it still stayts down, i dont know if its overboosting or a surge...my mechanic ran air through wastegate and it wouldnt open until it was hit with 20psi even though its springed for 8lbs, im thinking thats the issue

Your boost/WG should not affect the TB operation at all. The TB is basically a cable, spring, and circular plate. The only way i see boost affecting the function of the TB is if the spring on the TB is WAYYY too weak and it cant shut itself. But that would be like nothing ive ever heard of. You need to check your gas pedal/cable. is the pedal sticking to your floor mats?

no it doesnt stick to mat its wierd its almost as if the car two-steps between 3000rpm and 6000rpm if i re-gas it, the porblem stops and its not a consistent problem and it never did this with my sts kit now i have a front mount kit based off the phamspeed kit.

can get it to stick without moving? Meaning if youre at idle(in neutral) and you floor it until it hits redline(and let off) can you get it stuck or get the rpms to hang? Basically, Im leaning towards a tune issue

we might have it down to the boost controller my mechanic did an air test and no air was making it out of the controller and to the wastegate so we are going to just do a direct connect w/o the controller see if that solves it

I had this same issue, while driving in a canyon when my bov stopped working , I would be in the gas in boost and when I let off the car continued to accelerate for probably a second or two ,

I was having the exact same problem with mine, I took the TB off and cleaned it and made sure the spring was good and cables were all working properly. It had gotten gummed up and was sticking when I was on full throttle or pulls and I was throwing the belt... Pissed me off. But i have had it happen before and the second time I just bought a new throttle body. that is my best advice for yeah! GL

Side note- on 16lbs the stock spring isnt strong enough or is worn out enough it wont close....
