Exclamation Would you reuse this cam? See pic.



I am putting my motor back together and installing new ls7 lifters. Do you guys think this scoring will damage the lifter or lead to other problems? You can feel it when you run your finger over it but its mostly material taken out of the cam lobe.

Looking for advice.

I wouldn't run it. A $400 cam is not worth losing a short-block over.
