assuming the block isn't decked, if it has been, probably more likely to be

only unkown is your piston to deck clearance. using the following for everything else
3.9" Bore
3.622" Stroke
73 CC Chamber
.051" Gasket Thickness

Lunati LS1 382 3.898" Bore, -8cc Reverse Dome Piston, 4.000" Stroke, 6.125" Rod Length, 63CC Chambers, heads decked about .015", Stock head gasket and stock deck.

Check this link out. You'll get all you need! CR is about halfway down. That shows Whistler's CR as 8.6:1.
