H/C 405/385 Rwhp?
I ran a 13.4@107mph with a 2.3 60ft (Track Sucks) at an elevation of 4000 ft with mods in sig before the H/C. I am going to the track this weekend to run the car. What should I expect to run? Assuming the same track conditions and the same 60ft.
Thanks

It is hard to say honestly...you didn't mention what kind of tires you have, race weight, stock LS6 clutch I assume and stock rear w/3.42s and stock suspension. Also depends a lot on your driving SKILL! Elevation is an enemy of horsepower and that is reflected in your car's MPH in the 1/4. I realize your 60ft sucked but the 60ft usually has little effect on your MPH unless of course you toast the hides past the 60ft. Considering the mods you had prior to the H/C and the fact that the WS6 is a 2002 w/M6 it would probably dyno somewhere near 325RWHP maybe a little more. With a good hook that is enough power to hit high 12s but not on a crap track. Do yourself a HUGE favor and get some ET Streets at least. Once you start hooking and getting that power to the ground you'll need a better clutch then the Ls6 clutch you have. I would suggest the RAM 910/402 VDS clutch. Once you upgrade the clutch you will half to upgrade the 10 bolt to either a 12 bolt or 9 inch; I would go with a Moser 12 bolt with 4.10s, 33 spline axles, heavy-duty Eaton posi and T/A cover.

I have the stock rear/3.42's and running on 315/35 Nitto DR's. With the mods in sig I dynoed at 405 rwhp and 385 ft/lbs. I was wondering what my mph I would be at at the end of the 1/4. I was hitting 105-107 before h/c.

Keep in mind that the track I go to has been recently renovated and traction is not good. People runinng ET Streets here are hitting 2.0-2.1 60' times. I was hitting 2.2-2.3 60's on the Nitto's.

Elevation at my local track is 1400 ft above sea level. my track is TERRIBLE but with slicks it's a no brainer to click off a 1.6 60ft. You car should be able to hit 115mph.
