Re: any drawbacks to retaining stock lifters..? No not really inspect roller don't exceed 330lbs open pressure on valve springs or plunger may bleed down a little

Re: any drawbacks to retaining stock lifters..? How many miles are on your car?Stock ones work good.But if you have some miles on your car I would get some OEM replacement lifters made by Crane or Comp Cams.Thunder Racing and other sponcers on this site carry them.
