think my oil pump may be going?

think my oil pump may be going? i just picked my car up from the body shop (dont ask) and i noticed ive lost about 10lbs of oil pressure from idle to WOT. at first i thought it was because i was low on oil which i was but even after adding a quart the oil pressure is still too low. its about 20lbs at idle, 30lbs at cruise and 45 at WOT is there anything i can do about this besides a new oil pump?
