Default Missfire/down on power 383/5.3 truck heads

I've got a car that has thrown me for a loop. Its got a 383 and a set of truck heads on it. On the dyno it missfires its *** off between 1500 and 3000rpms, misfire goes from 0 to 99 in seconds. It also has knock on a timing table that would work with the setup. Cylinders #2 and #3 are missfiring.....
I've:
Swapped the coils
Swapped the wires
Swapped the plugs
Ran a compression test, those cylinders are 185/195

I'm thinking check out the valve springs, rockers, pushrods and maybe intake. What else could I be missing? The car IMO is down on power, It had soo much knock retard, I had to pull 10 degrees to get it to pull clean with no knock.

Default

I had a set of crap valve springs that would cause similar misfires. They would always seem to clear up with RPM, that is until they would break one at a time
