Need some new foglight bulbs and more
Since i'm bought a new front bumper (current one has a crack in it) for when my car gets repainted i want to replace the fog light bulbs and the turn signal bulbs. I just got my new clear turn signal lenses and clear rear bumper marker lenses in today. There is already clear turn signal lenses on the front bumper but one is damaged.
Anyways my question's are what fog light bulbs should i go with if i want brighter than stock but no pita to install because i heard about the HID bulbs being too long, i know since i'm taking off the bumper anyways i can do it but i dont like that, i want stock size just brighter. Also what is the # for the turn signal bulbs ? Thanks

This for a Camaro or Firebird?
If you have a Camaro you can use 886 bulbs. They are 50W halogen and actually do something. If you have a Firebird you can't do that because the plastic housings the birds have would probably melt from the extra heat. Camaros have metal and glass so they are fine, I ran 886 bulbs in mine.

^ lol yeah i re-read a couple times guessing i missed.
OP, hope you got a camaro because i've got the same question. I replaced with some 6k last year but i think it got wet and shorted out on one side.. They looked good but weren't bright by any means.

DDMtuning. 3000K (yellow and brightest) and 4500K (stock white) will be the brightest color temps for the fogs. I have 4500K in my fogs and I can drive down the road at night with just the fogs engaged and can see alright, obviously I don't do that though.
To make the bulb fit just loosen the four screws on the bottom of the projector housing, insert the bulb, and tighten the screws until they are snug. I also added some red high temperature RTV silicone to make sure no water gets in...
Another option is some 880 or 886, I don't remember which, 50 Watt halogen bulbs (stocks are 35W), which are slightly brighter and fit just like the stock bulbs with no extra wiring or modifications. I bought a pair at Pepboys and had them for about 1 1/2 years before upgrading to my HIDs and they were definitely brighter than stock and worked fine.
