Question valve spring/rocker arm question!

i have a 416ci ls3 turbocharged. i have a 235/231-.621/.617-115 cam. im trying to install a 243/254-.638/.638-116. i called thunderracing and they said my patriot gold valve springs were no good for this cam which is right but he also said never to use them because they are a low quality valvespring and pretty much suck and that i proberly have floating valves with them.....any thought anybody? and he said my harland sharp alum roller tip rockers are garbage and i i am getn floating valves from them too, and i should put my stock rockers back on weither i use the cam in there now or with the new one i want.... just wanna hear thoughts from people, what springs or rockers i should go with and is this guy right or wrong... thanks

Shane knows his chit, besides ******* out your parts I'm sure he recommended the correct springs. Nothing reasonably priced can beat the stock rockers with a trunnion upgrade kit...

I just ran into the same problem with patriot springs floating out on me at 5,800 and causing me some hp.

Stock rockers with the trunion upgrade and a PAC-1207X.
