Default truck intake/FPR question

I'm running a stock 5.3, going to be on around 15-17 psi, and going to be using the stock intake, so my question is since the truck setup has the fuel pressure regulator built into the rail, do I need to do anything with it? I was looking at running an aftermarket boost referenced one, but all the setups I can find seem to just run the stock FPR and lines. does everyone just go to bigger injectors to compensate for the lack of fuel pressure? also do I need to worry about my MAP sensor, or will it handle the boost?

The stock FPR is boost referenced so hook it up to the manifold if it isn't already. Your stock MAP won't work with boost you need another one.
