Back to Black will probably do the trick, try that first. Otherwise, use a heat gun (careful not to touch the plastic) and it will make it black again, then hit it with the Back to Black and you should be good.
I had some really faded trim on my old chevy truck, used a blow torch and it looked really good, then I used some off-the-shelf meguiars aerosol tire dressing (don't remember the name) and the trim looked very black after knocking down the shine from the tire dressing. Don't use a blow torch on yours though lol I toasted some of the plastic doing it

It the bottom of the door windows and the sail panel rubber on the back side of the door window. I paint correction on the paint and looks great. The rubber under the door window and the rubber part on the sail panel has swirl marks. How do i detail it?

They also have an aerosol version:

Neither of these will restore the plastic back to original, but they will make it look better. Well, depending on how faded the plastic is...hard to tell without a picture.

My old camaro had that kind of issue with the weatherstripping, I think I used armor all but you have to knock it down cause it doesn't really soak in. Don't take my word for that though. I never touched the sail panel. It's plastic so the armor all won't do anything.
I'd ask Jeff or Junkman these questions.
