personally I dont see where its gonna sound any different? They are both on 114 LSA. Just one has higher lift.
If you want deeper sound with more lope look into the 112 LSA cams
but yes you can use that with stock heads and 918's regardless
i have the 224 .563 114 cam

i dont recomend that much cam on stock heads...had a customer with that same cam, bang off the rev limiter out of the hole and dropped a valve...stock valve train can only take so much...if you want more cam it will only move your power band up...maybe a 224/226 .561/.569 112lsa...if your looking for more...but the differnce in the cams prob. isnt enough to warrant the swap...if you hell bent on more lift, try 1.8 ratio rockers

RJF - I have the 224/224 .581/.581 112 LSA with the 918's and know another guy here in town that is running the same setup. Neither one of us has had any problems and a reputable(SP) shop installed both of them. I don't think Speed Inc. would install something that wouldn't work. Just my .02 My dyno is in my homepage.
