Pontiac Firebird 1967-2002 - problem with window not going up all the way

today i changed my passenger side window motor and regulator (did the drivers side a couple weeks ago) and when i was done and testing it i noticed the back of the window, near the door handle goes up all the way, but the front near the mirror does not. there is about a half inch or maybe a tad more left of the black stripping from the top of the window. its almost as id the back is somehow stopping it because i hold the top of the back down and the front will usually rise completely. i have absolutley no idea and really wanna figure this out soon cause i wanna get it fixed and over with. thanks for any help !!

This helped me when today when I finished changing out my driver side motor today. My motor had already been replaced too. So my cars on at least it's 3rd driver side motor now.
