Which 102mm Throttle Body?
I have heard the FAST's have issues with the blades sticking and they are the most expensive. I guess I am between the PTM and Nick Williams. Any thoughts or what you are running? Thanks, and sorry if this has been covered before.

Im running a NW 92mm and love it, I would assume that their 102 would be just as good. I have also called them and they have great customer service. I needed a new blade so when we talked last friday they got it sent out and it was in the mail lastnight.

Like said FAST has long since fixed their sticking issue. The NW throttle bodies werent designed to fit the 102mm from what ive seen. most people have a leak at the bottom of the TB because its too small of a diameter.
The FAST comes with a built in convelute that makes a big difference when trying to tune. Not only does it fit because they were designed together, but it has the convelute thats very helpful when running a 102mm TB that no one else does.

I have a FAST 102mm on my truck and the idle quality is less than acceptable. It hunts for idles if the blade is closed too fast. It seems like the IAC is too small to control the idle. Are there any cars/trucks out there with the FAST 102mm that have good idle characteristics? Is the Nick Williams a better throttle body? Oh, I have an LSXRT intake if that helps any.

Good find on the vac leak! The tune as with every tune is going to rest in the ability of the tuner.

I just swapped to a 102 setup with a NW throttle body. I started it for the first time yesterday, and it has no problems with idling or driveability. I was a little concerned how it was going to be after reading all the threads talking about tuning and driveabity, but it works great. I do my own tuning, and had no problems getting the car tuned with the new setup. I've had a NW 90, NW 92, and now a NW 102, and they've all worked great.

We sell a lot of the PTM & have great luck with them. Not to mention they're a little bit less $$ than some of the others. With thousands of them sold you know your getting a good product!

Im gonna bump it again. Been to my tuner several time to fix the idle hunt problem. No problem at all on a cold start, i could drive it all day and be fine. As soon as i turn the car off and on it has the idle hunt problem. Sometimes it will correct itself while driving. Tuner seems to think its mechanical, dont know squat about tuning so i have to take his word for it. Im going to replace the IAC sensor and if that doesnt work try a NW.
My FAST 92 is an older TB though but apparently they are still the same. These big TBs are a PIA to deal with.
