Default Please come in and read my plugs

I posted in general maintenance last night about this and didn't get anything so here goes. I noticed what appeared to be blue smoke and mainly just from my driver side header (yes Im running open headers at the moment). I did a compression test which showed all piston rings were good. I used the gauge from harbor freight which I hear gives inaccurate psi readings, but it at least let me know I didn't have a dead cylinder. It read somewhat low with all cylinders being in the 140-150psi range. Any ways I'll get some pics of the plugs up here let me know what you guys think

I recently swapped headers and put a nice rx catch can on the car also and haven't noticed any oil in the intake. The car idle surges when I come up to alight and then doesn't want to idle. I just figured the car needed some run time after it had been sitting all winter, but the problem continued. I'm stumped, but by my plugs the car looks like it might be running rich. It's running open loop with a big cam

It did get the cam and tune last year. I never noticed the smoke before the cam either. The car does not smoke on hard accel or on decel. It smokes at idle and that's it for all I can tell anyway.
