True duals making floor pan rattle?

True duals making floor pan rattle? Anyone have this problem? I have them mounted to the back seat floor pans and it's rattle the **** out of them. I used these hangers from Advance.

I took the metal piece off the hanger and just used the rubber piece since it was vibrating before. I thought it might fix it, but it didn't. Any suggestions?
