Got my wsq hood on
hey everyone got my wsq hood on. Lol had some troubles and it still isn't right but it at least latches now. The hood is very nice i love it. I just need to spend a lot more time adjusting. If any one has any tips please let me know. I've got a huge gap by the bumper and hood but none of the corners stick up! So that's good so any help anyone?

Mine fit nice with alittle adjustment to the front bumper. It stuck up on the drivers side front but as it sat in the sun it came down and sat flush with the fender. Looks good bud

You can shim the fenders to bring them in closer. Just put shims/washers between the fender and the frame. The front bumper you sometimes have to pull the bumper up into position, and then drill a hole through the lip of the bumper and through the support so you can put in a rivets to hold it in place

I was trying to figure out how to bring the gender in. Thanks. Now I need to drop the drivers side of the hood slightly to sit flush. The whole side is like 1/4 high

You don't need to drill anything to bring the bumper up. Replace the plastic push pins holding the center of the bumper cover onto the radiator support, with washers and nuts and bolts. With washers, nuts, and bolts you can bring the center of the bumper cover up/down/left/right/forward/backward.
As for the headlight gap, you can adjust that by adjusting the headlight brackets and headlight covers (PITA).

I had to modify the hinges to bring the hood forward enough to latch w/ my Smoothie Q. I PM'd Jeanie w/ VFN and she said that it's typical with their hoods. Just remove the front bolts and loosen the rear since those holes are already slotted... pull the hood forward as needed then tighten the rear hinges and drill a new hole for the front bolts to go through. For my hood I had to bring it forward about 1/2" or so.
