BBK's are good budget headers. I've seen plenty of members here say they install easy enough and the fitment is decent. Good set if you're on a really tight budget, but there are better options if you're willing to pay more: Texas Speed, Kooks, ARH, etc.

I noticed these have the air and egr fittings. Could I run these with o2 sims and not have to get a tune?

It would be cheaper to run o2 extensions than to buy o2 sims. Are you planning on running cats? If not, your only choice would be o2 sims or you'll get a check engine light. Granted you can run fine without cats and rear o2's, your exhaust will just be a little raspier.
And our cars can run full bolt ons untuned, but with longtubes you'll more than likely be running rich and lose gas mileage without a tune. Since you're on a budget, a mail order tune would work fine.
