Default Lunati valve spring kit

Got the lunati spring kit 660 lift about to install on my 241 heads how much should I shim the valve spring for a 225/229 581 591 cam on 114 lsa

Do you know why you shim springs in the first place?

To gain proper seat pressure on each spring when installed and to get proper install heights for desired cam

Also making sure height is right is to make sure ur compressing spring enough to do job efficiently

I realize you allready have the kit, but wasn't the .660 a bit overkill for a cam that has <.600 lift?

Yes but I'm going to go eventual go turbo with it plus I wanted a full valve spring kit
