TSP 1 3/4 Headers in A Body pics
Here are some pictures of the TSP stainless 1 3/4" headers in a 68 Chevelle frame. I'm using an F body pan w/ 3/8" mounting plate and standard small block mounts. I have the engine sitting quite a bit forward. Crossmember is cut-out for pan sump and dished-out for # 3 & 4 header tube.

Bullitt collector area is fine , you could raise your motor stands off the frame and set your motor back a bit to clear, then maybe take a torch heatup the crossmember and dimple the drivers side.
I see you have an 07 TBSS thats what my swap came out of. How is that 4l70 trans holding up. I here bad things about them now that I own one, go figure.

My TBSS has over 106k miles on it, the trans was replaced at about 95k by the previous owner because he is director at a big Chevy dealership and was able to pull some strings and was only replaced for peace of mind. He gave me the old trans that is in perfect working order and that's what I am going to run in my Chevelle. I know the previous owner personally so I know it was never messed with, it was tuned at about 35k miles so that could be part of why it lasted/lasting so long.

I just thought I'd update the Header fit for you A Body guys.
My engine is about 3 degrees down in the rear and I still had to notch the Trans Cross Member about half way through leaving about a good 1/4" of clearance on the 2 1/2" tail pipe.
They took a lot of work to fit but I have more time than money so I'm pleased.
