Start up issues My buddy brought his computer over to scan my car and found that the map sensor is seeing 4.7 volts when car is off. The tps sensor has intermitent high voltage. The car is wanting to see 3188 rpm for idle. The car ran fine when I pulled the motor. I got a mail order tune to start the car. Does this sound like computer issues or something else? I swapped the map and still same issue. Dumps fuel on startup and floods out.
