Pontiac Firebird 1967-2002 - Removing the dash help

I need to replace my dash.....

now before i start tearing my car apart... again
and before i start paying money to have someone else do it

i thought i would ask how do i do it?
are the wiring and ac components a PITA?

can it be a 1 or 2 person job?

any tips or challeging segments to this replacment?
