Default was my car sent to WWC?

got a strange one for yall to try and figure out. i bought a 02' SS from a guy in late December of 2011 and he claimed that the car was sent to west cost corvette after he bought it for some performance work. i contacted wwc and they no longer have records of work prior to if i remember right 08' because of a management change and computer dump. the seller of the car claimed that the dealer sent it for him, but even the dealer has a hard time digging back that far. he said he spent over $50 grand in all on the car, but it still only runs low 13's at 108 on street tires driven by me and im no pro at the strip. what was normal wheel horsepower for a 02' m6? if any of yall have any knowledge of west coast corvette doing work on camaro's out of the factory let me know, because i would really like to know what on earth was done to this car if anything at all. thanks

My car with lt, ory, lid, and a tune made 338rwhp and 342 trq. its a 2000 ss m6. have you been to the dyno with the car? i'd say pay the 60 bucks and run it on the dyno then you'll know where you're at and if there was ANY performance things done to it. but if its stock manifolds, air lid right there with those two things would give me a yes or no if there is ANYTHING done to it.. 50 grand is a lot of dough you should see something for it. hope this helps.

i was thinking the same thing if the car cost a little over 30 grand new....well say 35 for numbers sake, that would mean they put over 15 k into it and it only runs what a factory one is known for. i dont think so! just thought i would throw it out there and see if anyone had heard of anything like this going on at that time.
