PCM Diagnostics & Tuning - Tsunami Cam in a 347...(surging)trailer hitching, while at cruise speeds

I've got an ls7 maf with a 100mm lid setup with a 92 mm throttle body, with a ported fast 92. While holding a steady speed, it kind of surges or almost feels like im towing a trailer with too small of a ball. If i unplug the maf and it runs on a semi s.d. tune, it does not do this. Any ideas on how to make this not do this?

Tune the car for the MAF.

it is tuned for it....idk if hes missing something or what. hes done a bunch of research and is having trouble finding answeres
