Alot credit is due to those guys. Problem with those situations, nothing gets done until there is a mishap and one does hit a school or such. Then they ground the fleet until it's changed, not the right way. Easily risked their careers to say the least.

With hypoxia, risking a career is a much better option than losing your life due to unconscienceness. Besides, they're Guard guys with full-time jobs elsewhere. When the the AF did lose a life partly due to this situation, they initially put the blame on the pilot.:bs:
