Whiplash PTV clearance
Hey guys, I'm putting a EG whiplash cam in my 05 GTO. I've got the cam, springs and pushrods but I'm wondering about the ptv clearance before I install everything. EG told me the ptv clearance is .130 with the cam....is this good or bad? Thanks!

Just to clarify, EG said it was .130 on stock heads, I'm just not a guru at understanding what the numbers mean lol. I've read minimum for the LS2 is .080-.100, so im assuming with .130, the cam would be safe to run?

I'll have it measured when I go to install it for sure, I hope I would be able to trust the guys at EG to give me the right measurement though, I know every engine is a little different but it couldnt be too far off from their numbers if theyre correct. I just don't even want to bother installing it if I dont know what the ptv is beforehand, my car is a DD so I need to order other stuff if necessary so the install will go as planned with no problems.
