Default LQ9 to TH400

I searched but need a few straight answers. I read about 4L80E flex plates being used with spacers for the converter snouts. Converters made especially for swaps. What are you running or how did you go about converter to flex plate issues? What would you guys recommend???
Thanks in advance.

You don't need anything aftermarket. This is what I used to put a TH400 on my LS2.
