Default Is this ok?

I am posting this here because oil is involved.... I just installed the AMW catch can and per the instructions it says connect the vacuum source, which is the TB, to the side of the can and the PCV to the top of the can. Well, the LS6 pcv piece that came with the valley cover has the PCV located right off the TB connection, which would locate the PCV in the hose going to the side of the can. Does it matter where the PCV is located? I hope this is not confusing.
Thanks.

don't think it is to crucial as to which side the pcv is on, but most of the ones I have installed I have kept the valve on the cranckcase side of the can (the lid side). give me a shout if you have any probs.
