Default LS1 cam part number

I have a cam that came out of a 98 ls1 that I bought and would like to know what the part number is. It has these numbers on the end of it.
0965
4 13
8167
Is there a chart out there that will reference this to a part number?

Default LS1 cam part number

Thanks for the info, but this chart will only work if you know it still has the original cam in the engine. I do not if it is the original cam.

Default LS1 cam part number

Is the first 4 numbers on the cam the last 4 numbers of the part number?
