General LSX Automobile Discussion - Oil pressure gauge

Having Oil pressure gauge problem heres whats happening i start up car Oil pressure is at The first line and then drops to 0psi and on dash it says check gauges but motor sounds fine

Either you need a new sending unit, or you really have lost all oil pressure. You could verify with a mechanical gauge, or just replace the sending unit behind the intake.
