I love my TR224-112, great streetability with a mean sounding idle.
However I am swapping it out this next month for the TR 224/226 .563/.569 114LSA aka Thunder's BLOWER cam

I really like mine a lot, but if I can find a cam that will give me more under the curve and at peak, then I will more than likely swap it out. I would like a little bit more lope on it though. All in all, I'm satisfied with my choice. Now all I need to do is get my car dynoed and see what she puts down.

I just put one in last month (TR224/114lsa). I got 386rwhp and 368rwtq on the dynojet on an 86 degree day in Phoenix. That is with the cutout open though (I get about 5 rwhp from that). The torque curve is very flat with the peak at 5000rpm. Runs fine without a tune, but I got one anyway, just for the power. The 112 lsa cam is a little less flat in the torque curve, gives a few more horses and is a little lumpier at idle.

Well I am putting in an ATI D1-SC at the same time, went with the split cam on a 114LSA because the TR224-112 has a little too much overlap with Forced Induction applications...
In other words, I CAN assure you the new cam will feel spectacular seeing how the charger will be on at the same time
(but I'll try to let you know if I happen to toss the cam in before the blower)

I love my TR224! Great all around daily driver cam that has alot of ummph! I plan on keeping it for a good while. As soon as funds come around for a set of heads we shall see how much stronger we get.

I like mine as well, even without headers it's gives noticible gains. It's a great cam with no problems, very streetable even for a daily driver. Idle sounds pretty good. Good mid-top end power. If your car is not going to be a daily driver, I'd suggest something a little bigger., maybe 230/230

Very decent cam. Mine is staying on there. Just wish I could hook up in first with 3:73s on spray. I would say 3:73s with a tr 224 cam only car should be a great combo (if you go 4:10s thats even better if you could still hook).
I also pulled a bolt on C5 the other day without the spray. I also beat an 01 stock SS by 3-4 car lengths from a first gear roll to mid 3rd gear (got an M6). So far im very satisfied.
Sometimes I wish I went bigger so I could hit 400rwhp without having to get heads or needing a cutout but i think this cam is really in between stealthy and powerful cams. Guess I chose good power gains sacrificing little lope which was a mild cam thats just about right for my tastes

I chose this same cam because of all the great press and the ability to have reliable civilized improvement. (as well as emissions friendly)
Should have the car back soon enough and I'll let you know what my impressions are.
