This is the upgraded T56 3-4 steel shift fork used in the Vipers and will fit all T56 transmissions.
Replace your weak aluminum shift fork with a much stronger steel fork.

kind of a dumb question, but is there a way to tell if I have one without tearing down the trans? Maybe taking off the mid plate and using a magnet? I bought my T56 used a couple years ago that had been rebuilt by Jordan Musser. I don't know what was done on the rebuild and the user no longer comes to the site...

not with out tearing it down i wouldnt think , could try accessing it with a magnet... .on just a typical rebuild i bet they re used the stock ones if still good .
