Default 35th LE center caps, where to find them?

I know this has been asked before, but the links I found in old threads were dead or sold out. Does anyone know a reliable source for 35th anniversary brushed center caps? I need a set of 4. I checked all the major GM parts sites with no luck.

Also if I can't find any, which would be a closer match, silver caps or chrome caps?

eBay, craigslist, local car sites.

Its a limited item with a rather large demand.

anything 35th LE related usually goes fast.

I've been checking ebay compulsively for a few days now. I've done national searches of craigslist. I've checked several of the refurb companies, but they only sell the wheels, no caps. I found one Chevy dealer in CA through a parts dept. search that as of Jan of 2011 had a set, so I put in a request, waiting to hear back. Found another site that listed the p/n with no description, but the unit price was $62.

Was hoping maybe someone knew of some obscure site or dealership that had some I guess.

the one with $62 sounds like another member who ordered some for his machine face c6 z06 wheels to replace the chrome ones oewheels sent him. They were correct. I would like to have an extra set for my anniversary wheels.

I've got these for sale and they match my 35th LE wheels pretty good!

Still looking for some of these. Another member suggested a site but they were pricey and the company got an F from the bbb, so I steered clear.

Anyone ever try and cover a standard cap with some thin aluminum to make 35th caps?

I understand they got an "F" but I ordered a back up set since these are so rare and I just received them today. These are original in sealed original GM packaging.

I sent out my LE wheels to get refinished and spend a good amout of cash but they were remachined, straitened and powder coated not painted and the wheels look brand new and the new centers look amazing. Don't wait too long before they are out of stock.

Price sucks but it is what it is. The way I see it is I have an original unique looking car because everyone goes Corvette wheels. I feel the way my car looks now is the way it should have been introduced from the factory. The differences are suttle but really makes my car stand out.
