Help me identify my camshaft

I took off my clutch and flywheel today to change the rear main seal since its been leaking for some time now. and the first surprise was a monster clutch, now i look up and see this on the back side of the camshaft after i took off the rear main seal cover. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME IDENTIFY WHAT CAM THIS IS??? I've look online and can't seem to find the results i need.
Searching through old threads I found out that my the cam is a GM part but other than that i can't seem to find out anything else. PLZ HELP!
