My brothers s10 is up and rinning soo his cable will not plug into my hp labtop. What do i need to hook it up? I know stupid ? lol

USB to serial I just got one at best buy today. Msd site has a link to some cheap ones

I had the same problem and got a USB to serial adapter and connected it with the cord that came with the Msd so its plenty long. I did have to download a new driver for the USB to make it work and the cord has to be plugged in before I open the Msd software for it to read the com port.
