The embroidery kept having to be redone sometimes FIVE times, the shop that does the upholstery is SOOOOO far backed up, I've LOST about $2000 (so no profit AT ALL on these AND we've lost $2K) on the sets we've sold between redoing embroidery, redoing seats that weren't the right color and then having Fed Ex charge $500 to ship on a couple over seas orders after quoting $100 and then charging more AFTER the customer had them.
This has given 6LE a bad name just on the delivery dates alone (delayed MONTHS after the original delivery date, etc...)
We do NOT sell them and if Sommer is trying to be nice and get your order done anyways, well Sommer DO NOT, as I'm STILL trying to deal with 3-4 orders from MONTHS ago that aren't out and I don't need the guy distracted...
The finished products have always been amazing but we just can't afford it anymore financially or IMAGE department...
