whats does your oil pressure run at driving temature?

Default whats does your oil pressure run at driving temature?

My oil pressure usually sits at about 36-38 at an idle after i drive it for a bit, is this the normal place for it, it puses about 45-50 when driving

That's good pressure, mine is around 60 driving and 50 at idle. Your good tho

i guess mine is 60 when driving, was thinking it whent up buy 10 instead of 20 lol

Mines usually around 45-50 at idle when the engine is warmed up and 60+ cruising. I also have a melling oil pump tho.

Most of the LSx vehicles I've seen that have stock pumps idle slightly above 40 at operating temps.

40-45psi hot idle 55-60 under light load 65-70psi WOT Mobil 1 5w30 100*f florida weather.

'98-'00 engines will have slightly lower oil pressure with the older style pump. A4 cars will also have slightly lower pressure at idle than M6s, as their stock idle speed is 250rpm lower in gear.

My '02 averages about ~5-10psi higher than my '98/'99/'00 cars did, all with the same oil and filter.

Probably about 28 at idle, maybe 38-39 cruising stop light to stop light, doesn't go above 40 unless it's hard acceleration.. Is that ok?
