Im wondering what different options are out there. so far I have read this pdf that i attached about the different types and the pros and cons on each one. not sure which one to go with

Honestly I think you're not going to get anything but opinions on which one people run.....

But now that that's out of the way, I'm partial to my Norris Gen 2 can. Good quality, and good price.

I do. I'm a firm believer in Castrol Edge (Switched from Mobil1) after I tried it out and my valvetrain noise subsided substantially.

That being said, I'll be running Joe Gibbs LS30 when the build is done.
