Anybody know what a stock LT1 fuel tank weighs empty???

but yea, tank's about 25-30 lbs, might as well back half the car too, lots of retarded sheet metal back there.

alrighty mike, I'm sure a power adder would be much simpler.




pushrods yet? next week I am dropping a grip on the nickel and dime stuff... need a platform for it all though.

yup they showed up this week............gotta finish it up and crate her up gonna do it early next week this weekend im booked solid finishing my last job..

I guess I'm a little late to the post, but I didn't know you were still running a stock tank. What size fuel cell are you using? I would like some recommendations. Brett has a 10 gallon cell, and I want to use it for the Z.

idk yet im looking at an 8 gallon.......gotta see if i even have time to do it before the shootout....

I just had mine out two days ago and as an educated guess i'd say a stock lt fuel tank is right around 25 lbs...
