24x ABS Question

24x ABS Question
1995 LT1, ABS will be removed and it will be a 24x conversion.
Can I yank the wheel speed sensors without any side effects?
I know the ABS/ASR lights will be on, but thats easy enough, more concerned with the LS1 pcm throwing a SES light.

I have the 24x conversion and no ABS and my SES light didn't come on. Also, I took the gauge cluster apart and removed the bulbs for the ABS and BRAKE lights so my dash wouldn't be lit up like a Christmas tree.

Well the sensors are still in the front spindles but they aren't plugged in (removed the wiring) and the stock rear end was replaced with a 9" with no ABS sensor.
EDIT: Any codes related to the ABS system would need to be deleted in the tune. I don't remember asking the tuner to do that but he must have because my SES light does work but I do not have any codes related to ABS.
