Default Pressure Tested Coolant System

I pressure tested my coolant system to check for any leaks and every time i pressurize it to 18lbs it slowly drops to 16 and then stays there. Any idea why it would do that. If there was a leak it wouldn't it keep losing pressure.

You have a crack, leak, something that is able to hold at 16, but not 18.

I think most would be surprised how much their hose clamps can be re tightened if you take a screw driver to it
