Default F1A, which factory water pump? Need help

I'm putting a F1A transplant kit on my LS2(trailblazer) Nova. The stock 06 trailblazer water pump wouldn't work, so i bought one for a 06 GTO. I went to install it this morning and the back of the pump hits the timing cover. It hits just enough the pump won't fit up against the block. Prochargers manual says "you need a water pump", but the corvette is not compatiable. So, can someone tell me what pump i need? I can't find anything here saying or i'm not searching the right words.

I had seen where the LS6 intake wouldn't work with it because of the outlet sticking up towards the hood unlike the others pointing towards the front of the car. TB clearance is what i seen on other threads. Do you have any ideas?

Are you using Trailblazer accessories as well? There are 2 different styles of water pumps, 06 was it's own and 07-09 is a different style outlet.

And I hope I'm not out of line when I say that PCMforless sells spacers as well.

No, the F1A kit came with brackets and i had to buy other parts. Thanks for the info.

Do you know if the timing cover on the TBSS is different than the car covers?
