6LE/McNord does em. Just got my gauge cluster back for my 94 bird. Get needles, cause after you get the overlay the needles look like garbage.
You have to do the overlay and then do the electronics conversion after you recieve the overlay. Turn around time is very reasonable but you'll have a good chunk of money wrapped up in it when everything is said and done.
I haven't installed it, yet but the work is quality.

Is the electronic conversion the recalibration?

Yes, it changes how far the speedometer needle moves per pulse from the speed sensor so it scales correctly with the new mph position.
I had the overlay made, then I paid for the calibration and sent my cluster and overlay off to 6LE/Mark. I got an email verifying the year and had it back in a week or so.
Nobody that I know of has had a problem. I'm not going to be able to drive my car for months (recovering from achilles tendon surgery). But I'm confident that everything will work/scale correctly. I'll get it plugged in sometime this week.

Why in the hell wouldnt you need 200mph gauges? The same reason i bet your N20 gets over 150mph so youll need a 200mph gauge. Plus it looks cooler and convinces ***** that the car can go 200mph!

From a practical standpoint... Standing mile events, open road racing, hpde at a few tracks. Besides that it looks cool.

and the pics as promised. You can go as wild as you want with the overlay, personally I just wanted something very stock appearing.

Yup, 6LE/McNord. They'll hook you up if you got the $$$. Plus everything is made right here in the USA! Maybe this link will work.

A speedo that reads lower doesn't make the car any slower or keep it from going any faster.....

use a gps probably a lot cheaper....
