Default Who has replaced their own side window glass?

I had a boo boo in my car this past week, and got a donor door to use. The glass is in meh condition with some scratching, and mine is already tinted + excellent shape so I'd like to swap.

I just know this is going to turn out to be a huge pain in the ***, but I'm contemplating giving it a shot

So, it seems like I can't remove the glass without the window being lowered to get more access to the rivets? And securing the replacement with nuts and bolts wouldn't be the most fantastic idea?

How much could I expect a shop to charge me if I bring them the door disassembled and just ready to drill/ remove/ and rivet the other glass in?

Thanks.

Edit- Also I will have to swap lock cylinders. I only took a quick look, but how the hell are you supposed to get your hand/ any tools in there to remove it? I know on my fathers express van when someone tried to break in, they just pushed in the cylinder from the outside and it fell into the door- it was barely attached to anything. Same deal here?
