Default SD or MAF for a beginner? also help with start up tune

I've been building my camaro for quite a while now (370/twins) and in the process I've managed to gather everything for a simple turbo setup for my truck. Most of the fab work I've already done so I'm thinking about a tune now. I'll be using efi live and figured this will be a good way to get my feet wet before I finish my camaro build.

What do you guys think will be my best bet ... speed density or mass air? This is a stock bottom end truck and will likely never see more than 12 or so psi.

I'm also hoping I can get some good pointers on setting up the start up tune for the it. Thanks in advance

I would go with a 2 Bar (custom operating system) speed density tune for that. If you follow the tutorial for custom operating systems, that will get you going in the right direction. Might want to post up on the EFILive forum also...
