head/cam swap
I'm doing a head cam swap in my 99 z28 and the projected whp will hopefully be about 440 with supporting mods. Anyways, I am pretty sure I am going to have to upgrade to 36# injectors, but I am unsure of what kind of pump to get along with that. Also, is there a fuel pressure regulator that is not in-tank? a manual one that can be mounted on fuel rails? I'm just unclear of what exactly I need to accomodate the injectors. Thanks.

grab a direct replacement 255 pump with wiring harness, then grab some 36#/37# or even 42# if you wanted at most.
you will not need a fuel pressure regulator, leave the factory one alone unless you are having problems with it. Put in your 255 pump and some 36# injectors, tune the PCM for it and make sure the rest of the tune is good. Done.
being naturally aspirated and at that power level 32 ~ 36# injectors will do you fine. only grab 42# if you had future plans in mind.
