Default Needing Drag Radial Size for 16 inch wheel to match street tire 17

I'm currently running 255/45/17 street tires and I want to get a set of slicks to throw on my stock 16 inch wheels for when I go to the track. My shift points are just barely right on my mail order tune right now so I want to make sure and get the same overall size going as I have with the street tire on my 17s so what size slick would I need?

255/45/17 = what drag slick size for 16 inch wheel?

255/45/17= 26 inches, so any 26 inch DR will work for you
26 X 11.5-16 MT ET street would work well on stock 16x8 wheels

255/50/16 for a drag radial.
